Things to Consider in Planning Your Team Party
BOOK IT
Book your location early. The most popular locations fill quickly. Consider having your party on a weeknight evening following the last game.

ORDER
Order trophies and awards by mid-season.

ESTIMATE

By mid-season, estimate the party costs per player, including trophies, gifts, party activity, food, etc. Collect a portion of the money from each player to cover any deposits required by your vendors.

COLLECT
Determine the final cost and collect the balance due from each family for trophies, gifts, party, etc. at or before the last game. Some families may not come to the party, and it can be difficult to collect money when the season is over.

CONTINGENCY
Have a contingency plan if your party is an outdoor activity.

Team Banners

Team banners are a great way to add to the game day experience of the players and teams.

You are welcome to get these from where ever you’d like but the following link is to a service that makes it relatively simple.

Team Trophies

The club does not provide medals or trophies for teams.

For those teams that would like to hand out trophies or medals, those can be arranged directly with Wilson Trophies.
